I talk about a lot of different topics during our visits, I decided to give you a little list in case you forgot! ☺️ I also give you a way to earn 💰 at the bottom!


  • Attached: The New Science of Adult Attachment and How It Can Help You Find—and Keep—Love by Amir Levine is the book I talk about a lot. It puts people into 2 categories, Secure and Insecure. Insecure is broken down into Anxious and Avoidant. Click the link below to see where you fall. This book helped me and my relationship so incredibly much! Even if you are single I think everyone should read this book!

  • www.howwelove.com is another site that gives you insight into how you love based on how you grew up and relationships through your life

  • I love the app Co - Star to look into your own astrology chart but also you can see compatibility with your partner. This has helped me a ton!

  • www.5lovelanguages.com is another one that is great! Make sure you really know your partner’s love language! I thought Dan’s was the same as mine, so I gave him love with words and touch. I figured out that his main language is Acts of Service. Once I shifted into giving love with acts of service, things started changed. He was very responsive and gave me the words I needed!

  • The main issue with any relationship is communication. We need to all learn how to communicate more effectively and to practice active listening!


  • I love the app Tone It Up for workouts, it’s got a free one every day. I either go through it how they want you to, or I’ll pick exercises and do them Tabata style.

  • Click here for a lot of information about Tabata. Basically you do 8 rounds of 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off. It’s HARD! I like it because you can do anything for 4 minutes! Here’s a sample workout that I do I use Resistance Bands for my weights:

    • Sprints

    • Bent Over Rows

    • Single Leg Kickbacks

    • Triceps Extensions

    • Leg Lifts

    Tabata is AMAZINGGGGG! I only do 3-5 exercises and my plan is to workout 2-3 days a week.

  • Intermittent Fasting is what I’ve been doing for a month now and I’m seeing incredible results! I just started adding in working out this week! I’m not super strict with it, I generally do 16 hours fasting, 8 hour eating window Monday - Saturday. On Sunday’s I eat whenever I want. I’m not super strict with it, if I’m hungry even after drinking a ton of water, I will eat.

  • I use the Down Dog app for yoga. I LOVE it! You can pick how long you want your flow, what you want to focus on, and it has great music and directions!

  • Airbrush Tanning - Ashley at Airbrushed Silhouette is AMAZING! Not only is she the sweetest, but she really has passion for what she does!

  • Esthetician - I love Shannon at Charmed Skin Studio, she recently branched out on her own and has a cute little studio by Lakeline Mall.

  • Massage - Beijing Foot Massage on Burnet Road is AMAZINGGGG! It’s a little different from traditional massages, you’re typically in an open room. I suggest wearing a spaghetti strap tank, snap bra, and something that will roll over your knees. They will start with your face and scalp, arms, hands, feet, then you turn over and this is where it can get a little weird, they will pull down your straps and un-snap your bra, it’s never been super awkward but I like to tell people what to expect! Hands down, the best massages of my LIFE!

  • Chiropractor - Billy at Oak Haven Massage is AMAZING! He’s super passionate about what he does. He helped me so much I can’t wait to go back! They have 2 options, an Extended Visit (which I recommend the first time) for $49 and then Standard Visits for $29. Billy told me to come once a month for the Standard visit to fix my issue. I LOVE them!

  • Therapist - Jen is AMAZING! I’ve only seen her a few times and she has changed my life. I had a panic attach our first visit and I’ve never felt that calm with a stranger. I highly recommend her! She won’t be able to tell you I’m her client, so don’t even mention that I sent you.

  • Girls New To Austin - Even if you aren’t new to Austin this is a great group for referrals, they also have a few sub groups for Apartments/Roommates, Selling, etc.

  • The B Hive - Is an amazing group for everyone, especially if you are new to Austin! They do monthly events like Happy Hours, Brunch, Book Clubs, Hikes, etc. Everyone in the group is amazing and very welcoming!
