I talk about a lot of different topics during our visits, I decided to give you a little list in case you forgot! ☺️ I also give you a way to earn 💰 at the bottom!

B O O K S

High Performance Habits is a MUST READ! I starting working on the habits the day after I started it and have already seen results!

P O D C A S T S

  • Rise Podcast with Rachel Hollis - I binged this in about a month, the interviews are amazing and the advice is phenomenal!

  • Rise Together Podcast with Rachel and Dave Hollis - I relate sooooo well to Rach and Dave because their relationship reminds me of mine and the journey we have had. It’s very insightful seeing a man’s point of view and advice.

  • Ed Mylett Show - This podcast is what started FIRING me up! He has AMAZING guests on his show, I’ve learned so incredibly much!

  • The MFCEO Project - Andy cracks me up, he swears a ton so if that it’s your thing, skip this one. He breaks things down in very simple, easy to understand terms. Such amazing life and business advice!

R E L A T I O N S H I P S

F I T N E S S

  • I love the app Tone It Up for workouts, it’s got a free one every day. I either go through it how they want you to, or I’ll pick exercises and do them Tabata style.

  • Click here for a lot of information about Tabata. Basically you do 8 rounds of 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off. It’s HARD! I like it because you can do anything for 4 minutes! Here’s a sample workout that I do I use Resistance Bands for my weights:

    • Sprints

    • Bent Over Rows

    • Single Leg Kickbacks

    • Triceps Extensions

    • Leg Lifts


      Tabata is AMAZINGGGGG! I only do 3-5 exercises and my plan is to workout 2-3 days a week.

  • Intermittent Fasting is what I’ve been doing since August 2018, I’ve lost over 30 pounds and over 10 inches combined in my waist, hips and belly! I’m not super strict with it, I generally do 16 hours fasting, 8 hour eating window Monday - Saturday. On Sunday’s I eat whenever I want.

  • I use the Down Dog app for yoga. I LOVE it! You can pick how long you want your flow, what you want to focus on, and it has great music and directions!

  • Airbrush Tanning - Ashley at Airbrushed Silhouette is AMAZING! Not only is she the sweetest, but she really has passion for what she does!

  • Esthetician - I love Shannon at Charmed Skin Studio, she recently branched out on her own and has a cute little studio by Lakeline Mall.

  • Massage - Beijing Foot Massage on Burnet Road is AMAZINGGGG! It’s a little different from traditional massages, you’re typically in an open room. I suggest wearing a spaghetti strap tank, snap bra, and something that will roll over your knees. They will start with your face and scalp, arms, hands, feet, then you turn over and this is where it can get a little weird, they will pull down your straps and un-snap your bra, it’s never been super awkward but I like to tell people what to expect! Hands down, the best massages of my LIFE!

  • Chiropractor - Billy at Oak Haven Massage is super passionate about what he does. He helped me so much I can’t wait to go back!

  • Therapist - Jen has completely changed my life.

  • Girls New To Austin - Even if you aren’t new to Austin this is a great group for recommendations, they also have a few sub groups for Apartments/Roommates, Selling, etc.

  • The B Hive - They do monthly events like Happy Hours, Brunch, Book Clubs, Hikes, etc. Everyone in the group is amazing and very welcoming!
