I pride myself on my expertise in customer care and service. Because of this there are a few policies that I uphold to ensure the ultimate salon experience for my clients.

Service Adjustment Policy

In the case that I have not met your expectations with your hair, I would like to invite you back within 48 hours of your service for a complimentary adjustment.

Cancellation Policy

I require a 24 hour notice for any cancellation of an appointment. Please make sure to call me during business hours the day before your appointment in order to avoid any additional fees. Rescheduleing within 24 hours will result in your card being charged 50% of the service amount. Failure to show up for an appointment will result in your card being charged 100% of the services that were booked.

Credit Card Policy

If you cancel an appointment within 24 hours or fail to show up for your appointment I will require a Credit Card number in order to reserve your next appointment. There is only a 1 time grace period for no-shows.
