Hello! I can not wait to meet you!  Your experience starts when you use the Appointment Request below.  I want to make sure that I am the best fit for all of my New Clients before committing to an appointment.


Here is what I need from you when you make an Appointment Request:

1. Let me know what you need done with your hair

2. Color Clients - Please give me a DETAILED 2 year hair color history. I need to know it all, and I would NEVER judge you if you have used box color. 😊 This helps me to give you the best Hair Plan I possibly can to get you to your goals!


When I receive your Appointment Request you will receive a reply from me within 24 hours with more information. 


After we do a pre-consultation through email and feel like we are a good match, it's time to book!  I will have you schedule an appointment through my Online Booking service. All of my NEW CLIENT services include extra time for a proper consultation to ensure that we get you to your goal! The first appointment will be longer and cost a little more then the following appointments. I want to make sure I allot enough time for you and your hair. 💜




Please try to get to the salon a few minutes early, as I do not want to take any time away from your consultation. During the consultation we will plan out, not only your first visit, but a long-term plan to ensure all of your goals are met.


I will create the best look for your face shape, lifestyle and overall goals based off of everything we have already talked about. The reason I have such an extensive program for New Clients is because I want us to have the best hair relationship possible!


We will wrap up the visit by sharing my recommendations for at-home care and set you up with your next appointment.  You can expect a follow up to ensure that your style is just as expected and I will eagerly await your next visit!




I pride myself on my expertise in customer care and service. Because of this there are a few policies that I uphold to ensure the ultimate salon experience for my clients:

Service Adjustment Policy

If I have not met your expectations with your hair, I would like to invite you to contact me within 48 hours of your service. We will talk about what you are not liking and go from there. I do not give refunds, but I am happy to make complimentary adjustments if your hair doesn't turn out the way we expected it to. 

Cancellation Policy

I require a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Rescheduling with less then 24 hours before your appointment will result in your card being charged $50. Failure to show up for an appointment will result in your card being charged 50% of the services that were booked, no less then $50.


I can not guarantee that your hair will look exactly like your inspiration photos. I will do my very best to customize THE LOOK to you, going in the direction of your inspo pics. Most inspo photos are edited (I edit mine a bit, but I do not alter the hair much), light is a HUGE factor, skin tones are different, natural hair and texture is different. In some cases it does take multiple sessions to get you to your goal. I like to let my new clients know that I will do everything possible to get you to the inspo pics! Either way, you will leave with gorgeous color!!!
