Hello! I can not wait to meet you!  Your experience starts when you use the Appointment Request below. I believe that finding a hairstylist is like dating, I want to make sure that I am the best fit for all of my New Clients before committing to an appointment.

My clients love letting me create their new Hair Plain, they are patient with their hair, they understand that it may take multiple sessions to get the color they want, they love dimensional color, they don’t want to cover their silvers but blend or enhance them, they understand that take home products are a must, they know that the products they use can make or break their hair and are willing to invest in the best. If that sounds like you, then we will get along just fine! ✨

Here is what I need from you when you make an Appointment Request:

1. Let me know what you need done with your haircut, color, etc.

2. If you were referred by someone, please let me know who referred you.

When I receive your Appointment Request you will receive a reply from me within 24 hours with more information. 


After we do a pre-consultation through text and feel like we are a good match, it's time to book!  I will have you schedule an appointment through my Online Booking service. All of my NEW CLIENT services include extra time for a proper consultation to ensure that we get you to your goal! The first appointment will be longer and cost a little more then the following appointments. I want to make sure that I allot enough time for you and your hair. πŸ’œ




Please try to get to the salon a few minutes early, as I do not want to take any time away from your consultation. During the consultation we will talk about the Hair Plan that I created for you, plus go over your long term Hair Plan and the products that you will need to maintain your color and the health of your hair at home.


I will create the best look for your face shape, complexion, lifestyle and overall goals based off of everything that we have already talked about. The reason I have such an extensive program for New Clients is because I want us to have the best hair relationship possible!


We will wrap up the visit by sharing my recommendations for take home products and set you up with your next appointment.  You can expect a follow up to ensure that your style is just as expected and I will eagerly await your next visit!

I can only guarantee my color services if the suggested products are purchased. I like to be as transparent as possible with all my clients. I try to under promise and over deliver. If I have not met your expectations with your hair, please contact me within 5 days. I am happy to make reasonable adjustments as needed.

I require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Due to my tight schedule and inability to skip steps in my service, anyone who is over 10 minutes late to their appointment will need to reschedule and will be charged 50% of the services booked. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in your card being charged 50% of the services that were booked. Failure to show up for your appointment will result in your card being charged 100% of the services booked.

I cannot guarantee that your hair will look exactly like your inspiration photos. I will do my very best to customize your Hair Plan to you, going in the direction of your inspo pics. Most inspo photos are edited (I edit mine a bit, but I don't alter the hair much), light is a HUGE factor, skin tones are different, natural hair and texture is different. 

If you are Lightening your hair it may take multiple sessions to get there, I will get you as light as I can the first session and we will create your Hair Plan from there.

I like to let my New Clients know that I will do everything possible to get you to the inspo the first time! Either way, you will leave with gorgeous color!
